Privacy Policy

CuePost ("we") schedules and cross-posts content to social platforms you connect.

What we collect

Account data: email, name, password hash (Argon2), billing country and VAT ID.
Connected-account data: access and refresh tokens, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), and your profile name on each platform.
Content: posts, drafts and media you upload, so we can publish them at the times you choose.
Usage data: counts of posts published per platform, used for plan limits and analytics.

How we use it

Only to run the service: publish your posts, bill you, send service emails and keep the product secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Third parties

Platforms you connect (eToro, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram/Meta), Stripe (payments), our email provider, and our hosting and storage providers.

Retention and your rights

Uploaded images not saved to your library are deleted after 30 days. You can export or delete your data at any time (see Data Deletion). EU/UK users have GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability.
